摘　　要：碱回收锅炉作为碱法造纸洗浆的重要工艺环节,用于回收碱法造纸洗浆后排出废液中的碱,以提高整条生产线的经济性,减少污染物的排放。"连续鳍片"式省煤器作为碱回收锅炉中的重要组成部件,其结构特殊,制造难度大。文章介绍了某碱回收锅炉中"连续鳍片"式省煤器管屏的特殊结构形式及相应的制造技术,重点讲述制造难点及解决措施。As an important technology of pulp washing in alkaline papermaking,alkali recovery boiler is used to recover alkali from waste liquor discharged after pulp washing,in order to improve the economy of the whole production line and reduce the emission of pollutants.As an important component of alkali recovery boiler,the continuous fin economizer has special structure and is difficult to manufacture.This paper briefly introduces the special structure and manufacturing technology of the"continuous fin"economizer tube panel,and focuses on the manufacturing difficulties and resolving measures.
