摘  要:以巨玫瑰葡萄一年生休眠枝条为试材,以不同体积比的园土、蛭石、珍珠岩、草炭土进行配组作为扦插基质,调查不同基质配比对巨玫瑰葡萄硬枝扦插后苗木生长的影响。结果表明,不同基质配比对巨玫瑰葡萄硬枝扦插苗根数、最长根长、叶片数、最大叶面积、新枝长、新枝粗、节间距等指标均有影响,适宜巨玫瑰葡萄硬枝扦插育苗的基质配比为珍珠岩∶草炭土∶蛭石=2∶2∶1。Taking the annual dormant branches of Vitis vinifera Jumeigui as the experimental material,this paper used the different proportions of garden soil,vermiculite,perlite and peat soil as the cutting substrates to investigate the effects of different substrate ratios on the growth of seedlings after hardwood cutting.The results showed that different substrate ratios had effects on the number of roots,the longest root length,the number of leaves,the maximum leaf area,the length of new branches,the thickness of new branches and internode length of hardwood cutting seedlings.The suitable substrate proportion for hardwood cutting seedlings was perlite∶peat soil∶vermiculite=2∶2∶1.
