石油工程本科全英文留学专业课程体系的设计与实践——以中国石油大学(北京)石油工程本科全英文留学专业为例

摘　　要：中国石油大学(北京)在国际化战略指引下,以一流专业为依托全面建设了一批高质量石油工程专业的全英文课程,并以此为基础探索开设了石油工程本科全英文留学专业。从石油工程本科全英文留学专业开设的背景出发,介绍了专业建设的前期工作基础,并以石油工程师协会提出的石油工程专业课程指南为依据进行该专业的课程体系设计。作者调研了全球九个通过ABET认证的石油工程专业的培养方案中的可对比的四大类课程开设情况,均达到与“课程指南”70%以上的拟合度,同时分析了各类课程拟合度差异的具体情况和原因。作者对石油工程本科全英文留学专业的课程体系进行了设计,该课程体系已应用到该专业学生的培养过程中,根据实践情况反映出的问题,作者对课程体系提出了完善建议。Under the guidance of its internationalization strategy,China University of Petroleum(Beijing)has built a number of high-quality petroleum engineering courses in English based on first-class majors.China University of Petroleum(Beijing)has also explored and started an English undergraduate petroleum engineering program for international students on this basis.Starting from the background of the English undergraduate petroleum engineering program,this paper introduces the preliminary work foundation of the program development,and designs the curriculum system based on SPE Model Petroleum Engineering Curriculum proposed by the Academic Advisory Committee of Society of Petroleum Engineers.The author investigated four comparable curriculum categories in nine ABET-certified undergraduate petroleum engineering programs around the world,and all of them reached a degree of fitting of more than 70%with the SPE Model Petroleum Engineering Curriculum.Meanwhile,the specific circumstances and reasons for the differences in the degree of fitting of various courses were analyzed.The author has designed a curriculum system for the English undergraduate petroleum engineering program.This curriculum has been applied to the training process of students of this program.Based on the problems reflected in the practice,the author also puts forward suggestions for future improvement of the curriculum system.
