摘　　要：课程建设是专业建设和人才培养的根基,“金课”已成为每一门本科课程的建设目标,探索线上线下混合式“金课”模式是目前教学改革的热点。基于对畜产食品加工学课程特点、前期课程改革成果的分析,合理利用现有资源,整合教学内容,建设畜产食品加工学线上线下混合式“金课”,可为同类课程提供借鉴,有利于教学质量的提高,锻炼学生解决复杂问题的综合能力和高级思维能力。Course construction is the foundation of major construction and talent training.“Gold course”has become the construction goal of undergraduate courses.Exploring the online and offline mixed“gold course”model is the focus of the current teaching reform.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the course of Animal Food Processing and the results of the previous course reform,we reasonably use the existing resources,integrate the teaching contents,and build the online and offline mixed“gold courses”model of Animal Food Processing,which can provide a reference for similar courses.This exploration is conductive to the improvement of teaching quality,and can train students’comprehensive ability and advanced thinking ability to solve complex problems.
