摘  要:中国日益严峻的环保形势,对硫磺回收装置的燃烧控制提出了更严格的要求。针对某高含硫天然气净化厂非常规分流硫磺回收装置的工艺特点,采用复杂控制回路对克劳斯炉配风及炉温进行调控。通过调节分流比例控制克劳斯炉一区温度,保证最佳反应温度。通过调节主微风量大小控制配风比,满足酸气最佳转化要求,提高装置硫回收率,降低烟气污染物排放。Stricter requirements for combustion control of sulfur recovery unit is put forward,because of the increasingly severe environmental protection situation in China.Aiming at the process characteristics of unconventional splitting flow sulfur recovery unit in a high sulfur natural gas purification plant,the complex control loop is used to control the air distribution and furnace temperature of Claus furnace.The temperature of the first zone of Claus furnace is controlled by adjusting the splitting ratio to ensure the optimal reaction temperature.By adjusting the main air volume and micro air volume to control the air distribution ratio,the optimal conversion requirements of acid gas are met,the sulfur recovery rate of the unit is improved,and the emission of flue gas pollutants is reduced.
