摘 要:为了提高石油化工企业仪表及控制系统供电可用性,对目前国内外主流UPS电源的构成、工作原理进行了简述,阐明了多机冗余的必要性,并对双机串联冗余、双机并联冗余、双总线冗余三种典型的双机冗余方式进行了综合性能比较,结合石油化工企业仪表及控制系统用电负荷的特点,提出了高可用性双总线冗余接线配置的具体要求,充分论证了双总线冗余UPS供电系统的高可用性。In order to improve the functional availability of power supplies for instrument and control system of petrochemical enterprises,the composition and operation principle of domestic and abroad mainstream uninterruptible power system are briefly described,and the necessity of multi machine redundancy is concluded.the comprehensive performances of three typical dual machine redundancy methods are compared,including dual machine series redundancy,dual machine parallel redundancy and redundant dual bus.Based on the characteristics of the electrical loads of petrochemical enterprises instruments and control systems,the detail requirements of high-availability redundant dual bus configurations are specified.High availability of redundant dual bus system is fully demonstrated.
