摘　　要：玲珑矿区深部开采工程主井区-190 m卷扬机硐室断面大,长度较短。为确保硐室快速施工,采用导硐施工加分层正台阶施工方法开挖,采用锚网喷临时支护+钢筋混凝土浇筑联合支护形式,收到预期效果。整个硐室实际施工工期仅为5个月,比计划工期提前了1个月;并且施工安全,实现了安全快速施工。In a main shaft area of the deep mining project in Linglong Mining Area,a-190 m hoist chamber had a large cross section and a short length.In order to ensure the rapid construction of the chamber,the chamber was excavated with a pilot hole construction with a slicing forward step construction method.A combined support with a bolt/steel mesh/shotcreting temporary support and a reinforced concrete pouring was conducted for the chamber.An expected result was obtained.The actual construction period of the whole chamber was only five months and was one month ahead of the scheduled construction period.The construction of the chamber was safe and a safety rapid construction of the chamber was realized.
