摘 要:为了解冻结孔布置形式对冻结效果的影响,提高冷量利用效率,并保证工程安全,通过构建二维温度场数值计算模型,对冻结设计参数进行了数值模拟研究。结果表明:①冻结孔排距是影响温度场的主要因素;冻结孔间距较小时,对温度场的影响可以忽略不计。②冻结孔排间位置温度与冻结孔排距成近似线性关系。同时给出了冻结设计的建议顺序。In order to understand the layout model of the freezing holes affected to the freezing effect,to improve the utilization rate of the refrigeration and to ensure the engineering safety,with the establishment of the numerical calculation model of the 2D temperature field,a numerical simulation study on the freezing design parameters was conducted.The results showed that①the row space distance was the main factor affected to the temperature field.When the space between the freezing holes was small,the influence to the temperature field could be negligible.②The location temperature between the freezing hole rows was in an approximate linear relationship to the row distance of the freezing holes.A proposed sequence of the freezing design was provided.
