摘 要:为解决马脊梁矿8105综采工作面快速通过硬岩断层的技术难题,结合该工作面地质和生产条件,采用二氧化碳深孔致裂爆破技术来松动岩层。应用结果表明:岩体受到了充分预裂和松动,没有产生碎石飞掷现象,达到预期效果。该项爆破技术与传统爆破方法相比,采煤机过断层的时间节省了一半,截齿消耗减少了50%,生产效率得到了提高,为通过类似条件工作面提供了工程经验。In order to solve a technical problem of No.8105 fully mechanized coal mining face rapidly passed through a hard rock fault in Majiliang Mine,in combined with the geological and production conditions of the coal mining face,the carbon dioxide deep hole cracking blasting technology was applied to loose the hard rock.The application results showed that the rock was fully pre-racked and loosened,no broken rock flying phenomenon was occurred and the expected effect was reached.In comparison with the conventional blasting method,the cracking blasting technology could save a half time of the coal shearer passed through the fault,could reduce the cutting pick consumption by 50%,could improve the production efficiency and could provide the engineering experiences to the coal mining face with the similar conditions.
