摘  要:从新构造概念出发,介绍了新构造的一些特点,包括新构造断层带的强透水性、新构造断层的深切割性和新构造在我国的广泛分布性;简述了新构造断层带强透水性引起的高水压对立井冻结壁强度影响、大流速地下水增大立井冻结壁交圈难度、高水温延长冻结时间和高矿物质含量降低地下水冰点等问题;提出了要重视新构造对千米级立井冻结施工影响研究的建议。From a view of a neotectonic conception,the paper introduced some features of the neotectonic,including the high water permeability of the neotectonic fault zone,the deep cutting of the neotectonic fault zone and the wide distribution of the neotectonic in China.The paper stated the high water pressure affected to the strength of the freezing wall in the shaft caused by the high water permeability of the neotectonic fault zone.The high velocity of the underground water could increase the ring connection difficulty of the freezing wall in the shaft.The high water temperature could expanded the freezing time and the high mineral content would highly reduce the freezing point of the underground water.The paper provided the proposal to the study on the neotectonic affected to the freezing construction of the mine shaft with a depth over 1000 m.
