摘  要:为实现抽水蓄能电站隧洞特硬岩洞竖井导井反井高效施工,以沂蒙抽水蓄能电站洞内380 m全深花岗岩高压管道竖井∅2.5 m导井反井施工为背景,介绍了定向+反井钻井施工技术。首先使用TDX-50型定向钻机,钻成∅216 mm先导孔;然后使用BMC200型反井钻机,扩刷成∅270 mm导孔;最后使用BMC600型反井钻机,扩刷成∅350 mm导孔,并扩孔钻进∅2.5 m导井。实践表明:该项技术可成功克服抽水蓄能电站特硬岩洞内深井反井施工技术难题,为类似工程反井施工提供了经验。In order to realize a high efficient construction of a pilot hole of a shaft in an extra hard rock for a tunnel of a pumped storage power station,based on the raise boring construction of a∅2.5 m pilot shaft in a full granite high pressure tunnel with a length of 380 m in Yimeng pumped storage power station as a background,the paper introduced the directional+raise boring construction technology.A TDX-50 directional drilling machine was firstly applied to drill a∅216 mm pilot hole.Then a BMC200 raise boring machine was applied to ream the pilot hole with a diameter of 270 mm.Finally a BMC600 raise boring machine was applied to ream a pilot hole with a diameter of 350 mm and to ream and drill a pilot shaft with a diameter of 2.5 m.The practices showed that the technology could successfully overcome the raise construction technical problems of the deep shaft in the extra hard rock tunnel of the pumped storage power station and could provide the experiences to the raise boring construction in the similar projects.
