中国经济发展的突出特征在于增长的稳定性

摘　　要：新中国成立后尤其是改革开放以来,中国在经济增长上取得了巨大的成就。但是在改革开放前,由于计划经济体制、判断失误以及自然灾害等方面的原因,经济增长起伏很大。改革开放后,我们以价格体系的改革为先导,探索市场化改革的道路,最终建立、发展和完善社会主义市场经济体制和宏观调控,实现并保持了长期、稳定的高速经济增长。价格总水平的上升和波动幅度不断减小,经济运行的稳定性在不断提高。现在,和世界其他国家相比,中国无论在平抑经济周期还是抵御突发事件和外来冲击方面,都有更强的应对能力,表明中国特色社会主义市场经济制度具有实现由高速经济增长向高质量发展的转型能力,这为中国实现社会主义现代化的长期目标提供了坚实的基础。After the founding of new China,especially since the reform and opening-up,China has made great achievements in economic growth.However,before the reform and opening-up,due to the planned economic system,misjudgment and natural disasters,economic growth fluctuated greatly.After the reform and opening-up,we took the reform of price system as the guide,explored the way of market-oriented reform,and finally established and improved the socialist market economic system and macro-control,achieving and maintaining a long-term and staiDle high-speed economic growth.The fluctuation of general price level turns to decrease and the stability of economic operation is improving.Nowadays,compared with other countries in the world,China has stronger ability to cope with economic cycles,emergencies,and external shocks,which shows that the socialist market economic system with Chinese characteristics has the transform ability from high-speed economic growth to high-quality development,which provides a solid foundation for China to achieve the long-term goal of socialist modernization.
