猪蓝耳病抗体试剂盒出现假阳性的确诊思路

摘　　要：猪蓝耳病(PRRS)是影响养猪行业的一个重要的疾病。对于一个核心场或者公猪站而言,维持猪蓝耳病双阴性,做好猪蓝耳病的监测工作是及其重要的。猪蓝耳病抗体检测是猪蓝耳病双阴性场评估猪群是否感染猪蓝耳病野毒常用的方式之一。但是所有商品化的试剂盒的敏感性和特异性并不是100%准确的。通过对3个猪蓝耳病双阴性猪场的猪只进行猪蓝耳病抗体检测,检测结果分别出现2.17%、100%、1.6%的阳性样本。对于异常结果除实验室进行复检和临床诊断外,还通过抗体变化的监测和免疫荧光的检测来验证检测结果的可靠性,经过验证得知这3个猪场出现的2.17%、100%、1.6%的阳性结果均为假阳性。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)is an important disease affecting the pig industry.Remain a nucleus farm or boars stud PRRS antibodies negative is very important through monitoring PRRS antibodies.PRRS antibody detection is one of the commonly used methods to assess whether sows are infected in PRRS Ab negative herd.Currently,there are many PRRS ELISA kits on the market for detecting PRRS antibodies.However,the sensitivity and specifi city of all commercialized kits are not 100%accurate.The PRRS antibodies were detected in three PRRS negative farms.The positive samples were 2.17%,100%and 1.6%,respectively.In addition to laboratory retest and clinical diagnosis for abnormal results,we still used the ways of monitoring antibody changes and immunofl uorescence(IF)detection to verify the reliability of the test results.After verifi cation,it was found that 2.17%,100%and 1.6%of the positive results in these three pig farms were all false positive.
