日粮系酸力在断奶仔猪上的应用研究进展

摘　　要：断奶仔猪因其胃肠道系统发育不完善,不能分泌足够的胃酸,加之一些饲料原料具有很强的酸结合力,使得仔猪胃内酸度较低,难以保证适宜的p H和足够的酶活性,容易导致仔猪出现消化不良和腹泻的现象。日粮系酸力是影响断奶仔猪胃内酸度的主要因素之一,适宜的日粮系酸力可以改善断奶仔猪的胃内酸度,维持体内消化、内分泌、微生态等系统的正常生理功能,同时能进一步改善仔猪的生产性能,降低其腹泻率。文章就断奶仔猪的日粮系酸力研究及其应用情况作一综述,以促进系酸力在断奶仔猪日粮配制上的合理应用。The weaned piglets cannot secrete enough gastric acid due to the imperfect development of the gastrointestinal system.In addition,some feed ingredients have a strong acid-binding capacity,which makes a low stomach acidity,and it is diffi cult to ensure a suitable pH value and suffi cient enzyme activity,which can easily cause indigestion and diarrhea in weaned piglets.The dietary acid-binding capacity is one of the main exogenous factor that affects the stomach acidity of weaned piglets.The proper level of dietary acid-binding capacity can ameliorate the stomach acidity,maintain the normal physiological functions of digestion,endocrine,microecological systems and so on,and further improve the production performance and reduce the diarrhea rate in weaned piglets.This article summarizes the research and application of the dietary acid-binding capacity to promote its reasonable and extensive application in weaned piglet diets.
