摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同类型酸化剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、抗氧化功能和免疫功能的影响。试验选取体重[(7.14±0.30)kg]相近的30日龄断奶仔猪162头,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复18头。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.2%磷酸型酸化剂和0.2%乳酸型酸化剂。试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,磷酸型酸化剂组和乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪平均日采食量分别提高了6.75%和11.69%(P>0.05),平均日增重分别提高了10.67%和13.07%(P>0.05),料重比分别降低了3.40%和1.36%(P>0.05)。2)与对照组相比,乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著提高(P<0.05),血清丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05)。3)与对照组相比,乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪血清免疫球蛋白G和免疫球蛋白A含量显著提高(P<0.05),且血清免疫球蛋白G含量显著高于磷酸型酸化剂组(P<0.05);乳酸型酸化剂组断奶仔猪十二指肠白细胞介素-10和转化生长因子-βmRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05),空肠肿瘤坏死因子-α和转化生长因子-βmRNA相对表达量的表达量显著高于对照组和磷酸型酸化剂组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮添加0.2%磷酸型酸化剂和0.2%乳酸型酸化剂均能一定程度上增强断奶仔猪抗氧化功能和免疫功能,且具有提高仔猪生长性能的趋势,其中乳酸型酸化剂效果优于磷酸型酸化剂。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different types of acidifiers on growth performance,antioxidant and immune function of weaned piglets.One hundred and sixty-two weaned piglets with body weight of(7.14±0.30)kg were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 18 pigs per replicate.Pigs in the control group were fed a basal diet,and those in the experimental groups were fed the basal diets supplemented with 0.2%phosphoric acid acidifier and 0.2%lactic acid acidifier,respectively.The trial lasted for 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average feed intake of weaned piglets in phosphoric acid acidifier group and lactic acid acidifier group was increased by 6.75%and 11.69%(P>0.05),the average daily weight gain was increased by 10.67%and 13.07%(P>0.05),and the feed to gain ratio was decreased by 3.40%and 1.36%(P>0.05),respectively.2)Compared with the control group,the serum total superoxide dismutase activity of weaned piglets in lactic acid acidifier group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum malondialdehyde content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).3)Compared with the control group,the serum contents of immunoglobulin G and immunoglobulin A of weaned piglets in the lactic acid acidifier group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the serum immunoglobulin G content was significantly higher than that in the phosphoric acid acidifier group(P<0.05);the mRNA relative expression levels of interleukin-10 and transforming growth factor-βin duodenum of weaned piglets in the lactic acid acidifier group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the mRNA relative expression levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand transforming growth factor-βin jejunum were significantly higher than those in the control group and the phosphoric acid acidifier group(P<0.05).In conclusion,both dietary 0.2%phosphoric acid acidifier and 0.2%lactic acid acidifier can enhance the antioxidant and immune function of weaned piglets to a certain extent,also ha
