摘 要:本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素B_(5)添加水平对产蛋期(34~44周龄)种鹅繁殖性能、蛋品质及血清生化和抗氧化指标的影响,以确定产蛋期种鹅对维生素B_(5)的需要量。试验选用180只健康、体重相近的34周龄五龙鹅种鹅,随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只鹅(1公4母)。Ⅰ~Ⅵ组的种鹅分别饲喂维生素B_(5)添加水平为0、5、10、15、20和25 mg/kg的试验饲粮。预试期2周,正试期10周。结果表明:1)Ⅰ组种鹅蛋的合格率、受精率和孵化率均显著或极显著低于其余各组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅴ组健雏率显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。2)Ⅴ组的蛋壳强度显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的血清总蛋白含量显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的血清白蛋白含量极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05)。4)Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的血清总抗氧化能力显著或极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05或P<0.01),Ⅰ组的血清丙二醛含量显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组(P<0.05),Ⅳ、Ⅴ组的血清总超氧化物歧化酶活性显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅵ组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加维生素B_(5)有利于提高产蛋期种鹅的繁殖性能、蛋品质和抗氧化能力。本试验条件下,产蛋期种鹅饲粮维生素B_(5)适宜添加水平为15~20 mg/kg。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary vitamin B_(5) supplemental level on reproductive performance,egg quality and serum biochemical and antioxidant indices of breeding geese during laying period(34 to 44 weeks of age),and to determine the requirement of vitamin B_(5) for breeding geese during laying period.A total of 180 healthy 34 weeks of age Wulong breeding geese were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 6 replicates per group and 5 geese per replicate(1 male and 4 females).The breeding geese in groupsⅠtoⅥwere fed experimental diets which vitamin B_(5) supplemental levels were 0,5,10,15,20 and 25 mg/kg,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 2 weeks,and the experimental period lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)the qualified rate,fertilization rate and hatching rate of breeding geese eggs of groupⅠwere significantly lower than those of other groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the healthy chicks rate of groupⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅢ(P<0.05 or P<0.01).2)The eggshell strength of groupⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,ⅣandⅥ(P<0.05).3)The serum total protein content of groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅥ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the serum albumin content of groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅢ(P<0.05).4)The serum total antioxidant capacity of groupsⅢandⅣwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠ,ⅡandⅥ(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the serum malondialdehyde content of groupⅠwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅢ,Ⅳ,ⅤandⅥ(P<0.05),and the serum total superoxide dismutase activity of groupsⅣandⅤwas significantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅥ(P<0.05).In conclusion,dietary addition of vitamin B_(5) is beneficial for improving reproductive performance,egg quality and antioxidant capacity of breeding geese during laying period.In this experiment,dietary vitamin B_(5) suitable supplemental level for breedi
