摘　　要：针对养殖水池溶氧控制过程中的非线性、调节性弱和滞后性问题,提出一种基于窄带物联网和Smith PID控制的养殖水质监控系统。该系统由监控终端、无线通信模块、云平台和执行机构组成,通过监控终端采集水温、酸碱度和溶解氧参数,由无线通信模块接收监控终端检测的数据并上传到云平台,云平台实现水质数据的采集、储存和处理。利用Smith PID控制算法处理信息,输出合适的电压值,下发到执行机构,控制变频器的频率,实现对养殖水池水质的精准控制。系统测试表明:该系统可以显著提高水质检测的实时性和水质控制的精确性,降低了频繁启停设备对设备寿命的损伤。Aiming at the problems of non-linearity,weak regulation and hysteresis,an aquaculture water quality monitoring system based on narrow band internet of things and Smith PID control is proposed in this paper.The system consists of monitoring terminal,wireless communication module,cloud platform and execution mechanism.Water temperature,pH and dissolved oxygen parameters are collected by the monitoring terminal,and the data detected by the monitoring terminal is received by the wireless communication module and uploaded to the cloud platform.Cloud platform realizes the collection,storage and processing of water quality data.Smith PID control algorithm is used to process the information,output the appropriate voltage value,which is sent to the actuator,control the frequency converter to output the corresponding frequency,and realize the accurate control of the water quality of the breeding pond.The application of this system can improve the real-time performance of water quality detection and the accuracy of water quality control,reduce the damage of frequent start-stop equipment to the equipment life,and has a good development prospect.
