摘　　要：2型糖尿病是临床上糖尿病最常见的类型,占糖尿病患者的85%,往往伴随血脂代谢异常的发生。近几年,大量的文献报道,中医药治疗2型糖尿病血脂异常能有效改善胰岛素抵抗,缓解临床症状,调控血糖和血脂水平,无明显不良反应,因此在临床治疗上值得推广应用。文章主要从中医药治疗2型糖尿病血脂异常的病因病机、辨证分型和治疗等方面进行综述。Type 2 diabetes is the most common type of diabetes in clinical,accounting for 85%of the patients with diabetes,which is often accompanied by the occurrence of dyslipidemia.In recent years,a large number of literature reports show that the treatment of dyslipidemia of type 2 diabetes mellitus by traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve insulin resistance,alleviate clinical symptoms,regulate blood glucose and blood lipid level,without obvious adverse reactions,so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical treatment.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment of dyslipidemia in type 2 diabetes mellitus were reviewed.
