小针刀治疗青年腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:明确小针刀疗法治疗青年腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:遵照随机数字表法,将60例青年腰椎间盘突出症的患者分为对照组及试验组,每组各30例,以小针刀疗法作为试验组治疗方法,以普通针刺疗法作为对照组治疗方法。测量两组治疗前及疗程结束后疼痛视觉模拟量表(Visualanaloguescale,VAS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese orthopaedicassociation,JOA)变化情况及临床症状的改善程度,并分析总结两组患者临床效果。结果:疗程结束后,经统计,90.00%为试验组总有效率,明显高于对照组73.33%的总有效率(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后两组VAS评分较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组下降更明显(P<0.05);两组治疗后JOA评分均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),且试验组较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:小针刀疗法在青年腰椎间盘突出症患者临床治疗上确有较好效果,其具有快速缓解患者临床症状,恢复患者腰椎功能作用,值得临床研究及推广。Objective:To clarify the clinical effect of small needle knife therapy on young lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Methods:According to the random number method,60 cases of young patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.Small needle knife therapy was used as the treatment method in the experimental group,and ordinary acupuncture therapy was used as the treatment method in the control group.Changes in Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score and improvement in clinical symptoms were measured before and after treatment in both groups,and clinical outcomes were analyzed and summarized in both groups.Results:After the treatment,90.00%was the total effective rate of the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05);the JOA score of the two groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the experimental group increased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Small needle knife has a good effect in the clinical treatment of young patients with lumbar disc herniation.It can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms and restore the lumbar function of patients,which is worthy of clinical research and popularization.
