摘  要:在全球气候变暖的趋势下,高温热害现象已经成为制约水稻高产、稳产主要气象灾害之一。操作简单、使用方便、有效、可重复性好的水稻耐热性评价方法是开展水稻耐热种质资源筛选与创制、培育耐热水稻新品种、解析水稻耐热性状分子遗传机制的关键。介绍了水稻高温热害的形成机理、评价方法,以及前人在不同热处理条件下开展的水稻耐热性QTL研究,以期为开展水稻耐热性相关研究,解决气候变暖大趋势下水稻高温热害问题提供参考。As global temperature increased,heat disaster has become one of the main meteorological disasters which restrict the high and stable yield of rice.A simple,convenient,effective and repeatable method for evaluating heat tolerance in rice is the key to screen new germplasm resources and breed new varieties for heat tolerance in rice,and also to study the molecular genetic mechanism of heat tolerance in rice.This review introduced the mechanism of heat injury in rice and the methods for evaluation heat tolerance of rice,and QTL for heat tolerance reported by the previous studies based on different heat treatment conditions,with a purpose of being conducive to dealing with the challenge of heat damage to rice under the trend of global warming.
