摘 要:“双循环”发展新格局的提出,为中国出版业应对“逆全球化”趋势和克服疫情影响提供指引。在“十四五”开端,中国出版业应秉承内激活、外引领的思路,以深化供给侧结构为主线,利用和把握“两个市场”,在坚守内容本位和价值观导向的同时,以数字智能出版技术为引领,在市场拓展、企业平台化转型、产品体系优化、服务观念转变等多方面进行突围,持续释放国内知识消费市场潜力的同时构建出版“走出去”良性生态,推动中国出版业在“十四五”期间实现高质量发展。The proposal of a new pattern of“dual circulation”development provides guidance for the Chinese publishing industry to cope with the“reverse globalization”trend and overcome the impact of the epidemic.At the beginning of the“14th Five-Year Plan”,the Chinese publishing industry should adhere to the idea of internal activation and external guidance,with the deepening of the supply-side structure as the main line,the use and grasp of the“two markets”,while adhering to the content standard and value orientation,with digital leading by intelligent publishing technology,we will break through in market expansion,enterprise platform transformation,product system optimization,service concept change,etc.,continue to release the potential of the domestic knowledge consumption market,and build a benign publishing“going global”ecology,and promote Chinese publishing industry achieved high-quality development during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.
