摘　　要：为保障中东某油田关键设备设施的安全性、完整性和运行效率,应用风险矩阵方法对油田整体工艺流程中的设备设施进行了定性风险识别,形成风险评估报告,并提出了针对性的保障措施和管理策略,确保设备设施在生命周期内的本质安全和完整性,减少非计划停车,提升运行效率。In order to ensure the safety,integrity and operating efficiency of key equipment and facilities in an oil field in the Middle East,the risk matrix method was used to identify the qualitative risks of the equipment and facilities in the overall process of the oil field,and a risk assessment report was formed,and targeted safeguard measures and management strategies are proposed to ensure the essential safety and integrity of equipment and facilities during the life cycle,reduce unplanned parking,and improve operational efficiency.
