河北省高校大学生创业促进政策及改进措施研究

摘　　要：为了调动大学生创业积极性,政府相继出台了促进高校大学生创业的相关政策文件,河北省也出台了相关的政策,这些政策对于促进大学生自主创业起到了积极的推动作用,但是,由于大学生创业促进政策是一项系统工程,地方政府应该从大学生创业需求的角度,逐渐完善创业政策体系。本研究立足于河北省高校大学生创业的现状,分析河北省创业促进政策存在的问题,最后提出促进政策建议及改进措施。In order to mobilize college students'entrepreneurial enthusiasm,the government has successively issued relevant policy documents to promote college students'entrepreneurship,and Hebei Province has also issued related policies.These policies have played a positive role in promoting college students'independent entrepreneurship.However,since the promotion policy for college students'entrepreneurship is a systematic project,local governments should gradually improve the entrepreneurial policy system from the perspective of college students'entrepreneurial needs.This research is based on the status quo of college students'entrepreneurship in Hebei Province,analyzes the problems existing in Hebei Province's entrepreneurial promotion policies,and finally puts forward policy recommendations and improvement measures.
