摘 要:作为打破传统单一主元合金设计理念的21世纪新兴的合金材料,高熵合金以其独特的晶体结构特征及性能特点成为材料学术界研究的热点材料之一。而选区激光熔化技术作为增材制造领域能够制造接近全密度的功能部件,具有可行的经济效益并得到了广泛开发和应用,在挖掘新型合金的性能及应用潜力方面有着得天独厚的优势。因此,近两年来利用选区激光熔化技术来制备高熵合金已成为研究的热门方向。主要综述了国内外各大研究机构及团队利用选区激光熔化制备高熵合金的研究成果及进展,总结了他们的高熵合金成分选择的思路、所采取的后处理手段、组织特性以及因此对力学性能的影响,最后对选区激光熔化技术制备的高熵合金研究及应用的前景进行了展望。As a new alloy material in the 21 st century that breaks the traditional design concept of single principal component alloy,high entropy alloy has become one of the most popular materials in the material academic circles because of its unique crystal structure and performance characteristics.Selective laser melting technology,as a functional component close to full density in the field of additive manufacturing,has feasible economic benefits and has been widely developed and applied.It has unique advantages in excavating the properties and application potential of new alloys,so the use of selective laser melting technology to prepare high entropy alloys has become a hot research direction in the past two years.The research achievements and progress on the preparation of high entropy alloys by selective laser melting at domestic and overseas research institutions and teams is mainly reviewed in this paper.High entropy alloys composition design thoughts,the post-treatment methods,the microstructure characteristics and their effects on mechanical properties are summarized.Finally,the future direction of the research and application of selective laser melting technology for the preparation of high entropy alloy is prospected.
