摘 要:一般而言,在施工场地复杂、邻近有道路、房基、地下障碍物,加固拆迁有困难,或大开口施工会影响周围建筑物安全时,采用沉井施工方法较为经济合理。昆钢二炼钢技改项目二炼钢水处理系统旋流池改造工程旋流池施工,实施过程中,对沉井的制作、沉井的下沉、沉井的纠偏、沉井的助沉、沉井的封底等进行了严格的控制。实施后效果明显,有效缩短了工期35d,确保了质量一次验收合格,降低工程造价20%以上,经济效益和社会效益显著。Generally speaking,when the construction site is complex,there are roads,foundations and underground obstacles nearby,it is difficult to reinforce and remove,or the construction with large opening will affect the safety of surrounding buildings,this construction method is the most economical and reasonable,so the open caisson method for construction is adopted.In the process of implementation,the production of open caisson,sinking of caisson,rectification of caisson,auxiliary sinking of caisson and sealing of caisson are strictly controlled.After the implementation,the effect is obvious,effectively shortening the construction period of 35 d,ensuring the quality of one-time acceptance,reducing the project cost by more than 20%,and achieving significant economic and social benefits.
