摘　　要：Klotho主要来源于肾脏,以往研究多关注Klotho对慢性肾脏病矿物质和骨异常的调节作用.近期研究发现,血清和尿液Klotho在急性肾损伤(AKI)早期存在显著变化,诊断AKI的敏感度和特异度高于肌酐、胱抑素C等传统标记物,具有重要的临床价值,可能成为AKI早期诊断的新型生物学标记物.同时,Klotho具有抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗衰老、抗凋亡等多种生物学作用,在不同病因AKI中均体现了肾脏保护作用,可能成为AKI治疗的新靶点.本文综述Klotho在AKI诊断和治疗中的研究进展.Klotho is mainly derived from the kidney.Previous studies mainly focused on the role of Klotho in chronic kidney disease-mineral and bone disorder.Recently researches had found that serum and urine Klotho changed significantly in early stage of acute kidney injury(AKI),the sensitivity and specificity of Klotho for early detecting AKI are higher than traditional biomarkers(serum creatinine,cystatin C,etc.),which has important clinical significance in diagnosis of AKI.Klotho could serve as a novel biomarker of AKI.Mean while,Klotho has diversity of functions including suppression of inflammation,apoptosis and cell senescence,decreasing oxidative stress.Klotho plays a role in renal protection in AKI,which would be a new direction of AKI treatment.We reviewed recent studies about the role of Klotho in diagnosis and treatments of AKI.
