摘  要:磨辊间生产管理正从传统模式向信息管控一体化模式转变,并逐步向智能化方向发展。磨辊间智能制造是众多单项技术的集合体,北京科技大学智能磨辊间系统(BeiKe roll shop system,简称BRSS)融入了大数据智能分析、生产运行智能决策、设备状态智能诊断等先进技术。主要阐述了集中控制、智能推送、辊形评价、监视诊断等4项关键技术的开发实践。BRSS系统有助于提升磨辊间生产管理的数字化、智能化水平,对实现磨辊间工况自适应、方案自决策、设备自诊断具有重要的意义。The production management of the roll shop is changing from the traditional mode to the information management and control integration mode,and is gradually developing towards the intelligent direction. The intelligent manufacturing of roll shop is a collection of many individual technologies. The BRSS system incorporates advanced technologies,such as big data intelligent analysis,intelligent decision of production and operation,and intelligent diagnosis of equipment status. The development and practice of four key technologies such as centralized control,intelligent push,roll shape evaluation,and monitoring and diagnosis was expounded. The BRSS system can be useful for improving the digital and intelligent level of production management in the roll shop,and be significant for realizing self-adaptation of working conditions,self-decision of scheme,self-diagnosis of equipment in intelligent roll shop.
