摘  要:高炉煤气系统在运行调度中受外部条件影响,常常会出现供需不平衡、波动频繁的问题,加之煤气产消预测无法满足实用化要求,给调度人员增加了调度困难。从智能调度的角度出发,提出了一种基于数据驱动的混合推理方法,以高炉煤气的流程网络模型为载体,将系统中相关的设备状态、信息和数据融合到一个案例文件中;将案例推理与规则推理相融合,建立混合推理引擎,并完成高炉煤气调度决策分析系统的架构设计和应用功能集成,为提高钢铁企业智慧能源管控水平提供了有益的尝试。Affected by external conditions in operation and dispatching,the blast furnace gas system often appears the problems of imbalance of supply and demand and frequent fluctuations. In addition,the prediction accuracy of gas production and consumption cannot meet the requirements of actual scheduling,which increases the scheduling difficulties for the dispatchers. From the perspective of intelligent scheduling,a data-driven hybrid reasoning method was proposed. Taking the process network model of blast furnace gas as the carrier,the relevant equipment status,information and data in the system were integrated into a case file. The case based reasoning and rule based reasoning were integrated to establish a hybrid reasoning engine,and the architecture design and application function integration of the blast furnace gas scheduling decision-making analysis system were completed. It provides a beneficial attempt to improve the smart energy management and control level of iron and steel enterprises.
