摘 要:在带钢热连轧的生产过程中,带钢凸度控制和平坦度控制作为板形控制系统的两个重要组成部分,两者存在着明显的耦合现象。针对板形控制系统中凸度、平坦度设定的优化,提出了在控制下游机架比例凸度相等的前提下上游机架形成目标比例凸度的解耦策略,即固定下游机架出口比例凸度为成品比例凸度,通过上游机架"消化"来料比例凸度与成品比例凸度之间的差值。在上游机架各机架比例凸度分配中引入当量比例凸度最小概念,形成保证各机架调节裕量的精轧凸度、平坦度解耦设定策略,该方法为工业现场比例凸度设定的优化提供了理论依据。In the production process of hot strip rolling,the strip crown control and flatness control are two important aspects of profile control system,and there is an obvious coupling between them. For the optimization of the crown and flatness setting in profile control system,a decoupling strategy was proposed to form the target proportional crown of the upstream stands under the premise that the proportional crown of the downstream stands is equalized,namely,the proportional crown in finishing stands outlet was fixed as the product proportional crown,the difference between the incoming material proportional crown and the finished product proportional crown was digested by the upstream stands. Introducing the concept of the equivalent proportional crown minimum in the distribution of the proportional crown of each stand of the upstream stands,the decoupling setting strategy of the crown and flatness of the finish rolling was formed to guarantee the adjustment margin of each stand.This method provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of proportional crown setting in industrial field.
