摘 要:感染性疾病的病原体种类很多,临床表现复杂多样。快速、准确、全面地检测感染病原体,有利于临床个体化、针对性治疗。传统检测方法存在目标单一、耗时长等局限,很难满足临床诊治感染性疾病的要求。宏基因组二代测序(mNGS)作为一项新的测序技术,对细菌、真菌、病毒、寄生虫等病原体引起的新发传染病、疑难感染性疾病等,可提高诊断效率、敏感性及准确性,具有一定的先进性和良好的应用基础。There is a wide variety of pathogens in infectious diseases with complex and diversified clinical manifestations.A rapid,accurate and comprehensive detection of infectious agents is beneficial to clinical individualization and targeted treatment.Traditional detection methods have limitations including singular aim and time-consuming,making it very hard to meet the demands of clinical diagnosis and management of infectious diseases.As a new sequencing technology,macrogenomic second-generation sequencing(mNGS)has a certain advanced and good application basis to improve the diagnostic efficiency,sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis and treatment of pathogens like bacteria,fungi,viruses and parasites,emerging infectious diseases and difficult infectious diseases.
