摘 要:涤纶性能稳定,强度较高,但吸湿性较差,静电现象严重。介绍了涤纶织物产生静电的原理及其抗静电机理,然后详细阐述了涤纶织物常用的抗静电整理的类型、方法和原理,并说明了影响涤纶织物抗静电整理效果的因素。简述了当前涤纶织物抗静电整理过程中不利于工业化生产的主要问题,并展望了该领域的发展方向,为涤纶织物抗静电功能整理的进一步发展提供理论依据。Polyester has stable performance and high strength,but poor hygroscopicity and serious electrostatic phenomenon.The principle of electrostatic generation and antistatic mechanism are introduced.Then the types,methods and principles of common antistatic finishing of polyester fabrics are described in detail,and the influencing factors of antistatic finishing effect of polyester fabrics are explained.The main problems in antistatic finishing of polyester fabric which are not conducive to industrial production are briefly described,and the development direction of this field is prospected,which could provide a theoretical basis for the further development of antistatic functional finishing of polyester fabric.
