牦牛绒混纺针织产品的性能改善

摘　　要：为改善牦牛绒产品耐磨性差、弹性一般、光泽度不够等问题,从纤维原料出发,将牦牛绒纤维与绵羊毛、锦纶、桑蚕丝等进行混纺,使牦牛绒混纺织物兼具牦牛绒蓬松丰满的手感和优良的保暖性、绵羊毛的防缩水性、蚕丝的优良光泽、锦纶的耐磨性和优良弹性等优点。测试优化纱线织物的胀破强力、耐磨性、保温率、起毛起球性和各项色牢度等指标,结果表明:织物耐磨性优良,保暖性好,弹性好,手感柔软,光泽度高,各项色牢度优良。In order to improve the problems of poor abrasion resistance,general elasticity,and insufficient gloss of yak wool products,from the fiber raw materials,the yak cashmere fiber is blended with wool,polyamide and silk,so that the blended fabric can have the advantages of fluffy handle and excellent warmth retention of yak cashmere,shrink resistance of wool,excellent luster of silk,wear resistance and excellent elasticity of nylon.The bursting strength,wear resistance,heat preservation rate,pilling and color fastness of the yarn knitted fabric are tested.The results show that the prepared fabric features excellent abrasion resistance,good warmth retention,good elasticity,soft handle,high gloss,and excellent color fastness.
