摘 要:乌拉草纤维具有优良的保暖性、抑菌性、吸湿性等性能,但其力学性能及纺纱过程中纤维间抱合力差等问题阻碍了乌拉草纤维纺织品的开发。通过优化赛络菲尔纺工艺纺制了乌拉草/棉/维纶混纺纱线,并在电脑横机上编织针织物。试验测试了乌拉草/棉/维纶混纺针织物退维前后的厚度、耐磨性、顶破性、抑菌性和保暖性的变化,结果表明:经退维处理后,乌拉草/棉/维纶混纺针织物厚度变小,耐磨性变差,顶破强力变小,保暖性变好,与纯棉织物相比具有良好的抑菌性。Meyer sedge fiber has excellent properties of heat preservation,antibacterial and moisture absorption,but its mechanical properties and poor cohesion between fibers during spinning have hindered the research progress of meyer sedge fiber.The meyer sedge grass/cotton/vinylon blended yarn is prepared by improved sirofil spinning process,and the knitted fabric is prepared on the computer flat knitting machine.The changes of thickness,abrasion resistance,puncture resistance,bacteriostatic resistance and heat preservation of the blended fabric are analyzed by specific machines.The results show that the thickness,wear resistance,bursting strength and heat preservation of the blended fabric of meyer sedge grass/cotton/vinylon fiber decrease after dissolving of vinylon.The antibacterial property of blended fabric is better than that of pure cotton fabric.
