摘　　要：为生产舒适安全的功能性织物,将阻燃涤纶与棉纤维进行混纺,生产21 tex混纺纱,再将其作为经纱与纬纱夜光长丝进行交织,制备阻燃涤纶/棉/夜光纱交织提花织物。试验结果表明,交织物的拉伸性能高于混纺织物,交织物的抗皱性和透气性不及混纺织物。交织物的初始余辉亮度为0.298 cd/m^(2),会产生发光效应,可满足服装面料舒适性和功能性的要求。In order to produce comfortable and safe functional fabric,the flame retardant polyester fiber and cotton fiber are used to produce 21 tex blended yarn,which is interwoven with the luminescent filament yarn to produce flame retardant polyester/cotton/luminescent interwoven jacquard fabric.The results show that the tensile property of the interleaved fabric is higher than that of the blended fabric,and the wrinkle resistance and air permeability of the interleaved fabric are lower than those of the blended fabric.The initial brightness of the interleaved fabric is 0.298 cd/m^(2) and has luminescence effect,so the interleaved fabric could meet the requirements of comfort and functionality.
