摘　　要：以18 tex阻燃涤纶纱为经纱,30 tex普通涤纶纱为纬纱,采用经起花组织设计了两款阻燃遮光窗帘织物。对织物的纱线配置、图案设计、织造工艺要点和后整理工艺等进行了总结。所设计织物图案清晰、色彩丰富、紧度大,具有耐久阻燃性、较好的遮光性和较强的装饰性,实现了窗帘装饰性和实用性的完美融合,在民用和产业用装饰纺织品领域具有广阔的市场前景。Using 18 tex flame-retardant polyester as the warp yarn and 30 tex ordinary polyester yarn as the weft yarn,two kinds of flame-retardant shading curtain fabrics are designed with warp patterning.The yarn configuration,pattern design,weaving process and finishing process of fabric development are summarized.The designed fabric has clear patterns,rich colors,high tightness,durable flame retardancy,better light-shielding and strong decoration,which realizes the perfect integration of curtain decoration and practicality,and has a good market prospect in the civil and industrial decorative textile market.
