摘  要:创新实验室在培养大学生应用创新能力上起着重要作用,是地方高校培养应用创新型人才的重要环节。从济宁学院电子信息类专业应用创新型人才培养模式方面开展探索,提出"133"培养模式,基于创新实验室建设,围绕培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高素质应用型人才的1个产出目标,采用技能培训、竞赛提升、科研锻炼3种培养方式,通过科技社团、创新团队、科研平台3种组织方式开展创新实践活动。实践表明,"133"培养模式在提高地方高校学生工程应用能力和创新意识、团队合作能力培养方面取得了较好的效果。The role of the innovation laboratory is not only to train university students’innovative application ability,but also an important process for local universities to cultivate innovative application-oriented talents.Based on the research and exploration on the training mode of innovative application-oriented talents of electronic information specialty of Jining University,"133"training mode is proposed,construct of innovation laboratory,using three kinds of ways to training skills,competition promotion and scientific research exercise;as well as three kinds of innovative practice activities such as carrying out the scientific and technological community,innovation team and scientific research platform;to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality applied talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.The results show that"133"training mode has achieved good results in improving the engineering application ability,innovation consciousness and team cooperation ability of local university students.
