摘　　要：电商平台经营者作为直接影响电子商务行业未来发展方向的市场主体,已成为《电子商务法》规制的主要对象。文章讨论电子商务交易链中电商平台经营者在商家入驻、虚假宣传、侵犯消费者隐私等问题上的合规障碍,探寻电商平台违规风险,以期为电商平台经营者的合规之路提供镜鉴。E-commerce platform operators,as the market subject that directly affects the future development direction of e-commerce industry,have become the main objects regulated by the e-commerce law.This paper discusses the compliance obstacles of e-commerce platform operators in the e-commerce transaction chain,such as the presence of businesses,false publicity,infringement of consumer privacy,and explores the risk of e-commerce platform violations,so as to provide a mirror for the compliance of e-commerce platform operators.
