公立医院医疗欠费原因分析与对策研究

摘　　要：目的:根据患者医疗欠费相关信息,梳理出导致医疗欠费的具体原因,结合实际,提出解决医疗欠费对策,医院针对医疗欠费问题采取必要的措施,降低医疗欠费的发生。方法:查阅相关文献,提取某三甲公立医院收治的医疗欠费患者信息进行统计分析,对欠费患者的费用、欠费原因、医保类型、欠费患者的数量变化趋势、费用变化趋势等进行分析,研究应如何采取有效的措施避免医疗欠费。结果:大额欠费直接影响到医院正常的运营,导致医院财务状况日趋恶化,资金周转困难,长远来说会危及医院的生存和发展。因此,研究医疗欠费原因,分析医疗欠费形成过程,提出解决医疗欠费方案,迫在眉睫。结论:面对日趋严重的医疗欠费问题,医院应建立医疗欠费管理制度,在实践中不断优化、创新,以达到加强医疗欠费管理、控制医疗欠费不断增长的目的,从而保证医院的正常运营。Objective:According to the relevant information of patients with medical arrears,to sort out the specific reasons leading to medical arrears,combined with the reality,put forward countermeasures to solve the medical arrears,the hospital for medical arrears to take necessary measures to reduce the occurrence of medical arrears.Methods:Refer to relevant literature,extract the information of medical arrears patients in a third class public hospital for statistical analysis,analyze the cost of arrears patients,arrears reasons,types of medical insurance,the number of arrears patients,the trend of cost change and so on,and study how to take effective measures to avoid medical arrears.Results:The large amount of arrears directly affected the normal operation of the hospital,which led to the worsening of the financial situation of the hospital and the difficulty of capital turnover.In the long run,it would endanger the survival and development of the hospital.Accordingly,research medical treatment owes the reason,analysis medical treatment owes the process that forms,put forward solution medical treatment owes the plan,imminent.Conclusion:In the face of the increasingly serious problem of medical arrears,the hospital should establish the medical arrears management system,constantly optimize and innovate in practice,in order to strengthen the management of medical arrears,control the growing medical arrears,so as to ensure the normal operation of the hospital.
