摘　　要：城市化推动了人口流动,促进了城市社区少数民族人口和多民族社区数量双增长,凸显城市社区民族工作重要性。当前,城市社区民族工作面临诸多问题和挑战。在各地实践中,青岛社区民族工作有一定代表性,有其借鉴意义和推广价值。就新时代社区民族工作而言,要在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想引领下,明确工作思路,注重研究探索,推动理论和实践创新;加强教育引导,营造良好氛围;创新体制机制,提高工作水平。Urbanization has promoted population mobility,the growth of both ethnic minority populations and multi-ethnic communities in urban communities,and highlighted the importance of ethnic work in urban communities.Currently,ethnic work in urban communities faces many problems and challenges.In practice,the ethnic work in Qingdao community has certain representativeness,reference significance and promotion value.In terms of community ethnic work in the new era,it is necessary to clarify the working ideas under the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era;Focus on research and exploration,promote theoretical and practical innovation;Strengthen educational guidance and create a good atmosphere;Innovate systems and mechanisms,and improve our work.
