摘　　要：内地高校少数民族大学生教育管理工作存在不足,在分析、提炼、探索的基础上,厘清少数民族大学生教育管理要素的联系,抓好关键阶段关键问题,强化德育法治践行,多维度构建"纺锤体"模式,有效促进体系完善和育人工作效能发挥。Education management effect of college students in mainland universities plays an important role.Mainland education for minority students in colleges and universities management has some shortcomings,On the basis of the analysis,refining,and exploring,this paper is to clarify the contact of the elements of the minority college students education management,which can pay special attention to the key stage of key problems,to strengthen the moral education practice of rule of law,multidimensional construct"spindle"model,and promote the system of perfect and educational work efficiency.
