摘  要:利用N-十二烷基葡萄糖胺AGA12(和N-十二烷基乳糖胺ALA12)分别和柠檬酸以不同摩尔比通过非共价键构筑糖基表面活性剂(G-C-n和L-C-n)(n=1,2,3)。通过表面张力和电导率等手段,研究了单链烷基糖胺(AGA12、ALA12)与柠檬酸摩尔比和亲水基团对G-C-n和L-C-n水溶液性能的影响。结果表明,随着单链烷基糖胺和柠檬酸摩尔比增加,糖基表面活性剂(G-C-n和L-C-n)的cmc值逐渐减小,pC20值逐渐增大,且这类表面活性剂水溶液的胶束化过程是热力学自发的熵驱动的放热过程。Glycosyl surfactants(G-C-n and L-C-n)(n=1,2,3)were constructed by using N-dodecyl glucosamine AGA12(and N-dodecyl lactosamine ALA12)and citric acid in different molar ratios through noncovalent bonds.The effects of the molar ratio of single chain alhyl glycosamines(AGA12,ALA12)to citric acid and hydrophilic groups on the properties of G-C-n and L-C-n aqueous solutions were studied by surface tension and conductivity measurements.The results show that with the increase of the molar ratio of single chain alkyl glycosamines to citric acid,the cmc of glycosyl surfactants(G-C-n and L-C-n)gradually decrease,and the pC20 values gradually increase.Moreover,the micellization process of these surfactants in aqueous solution is an entropy driven exothermic process.
