摘 要:采用固相法制备V_(2)AlC陶瓷粉体,研究了V_(2)AlC的结构、介电、吸波及电磁屏蔽性能.研究结果表明,调控原料摩尔比可获得纯相V_(2)AlC,SEM结果显示其具有MAX相典型的层状结构.V_(2)AlC具有较强的极化和电导损耗能力,介电常数和介电损耗随V_(2)AlC含量增大而增大.当V_(2)AlC质量分数为65 wt%、厚度2.4 mm时,RC在频率9.4 GHz处达到最小值-55 dB,在X波段有效吸收带宽为3.0 GHz.进一步增大V_(2)AlC质量分数到80 wt%,SET达到27.4 dB,其中SEA从3.2 dB增加到19.1 dB,而SER仅从6.1 dB增加到8.3 dB,电磁屏蔽机制以吸收为主.V_(2)AlC ceramic powders were synthesized by solid state method.The structure,dielectric,electromagnetic wave absorption and shielding performance of V_(2)AlC ceramics were systematically investigated.The results showed that the pure V_(2)AlC ceramic powders can be obtained by controlling the molar ratio of raw materials.The SEM results revealed that it has the typical layered structure.Dielectric measurements exhibited strong polarization and conductivity loss capability for the V_(2)AlC ceramic.The dielectric constant and dielectric loss increases with the increase of V_(2)AlC content.When the V_(2)AlC content is 65 wt%and the thickness of the absorber is 2.4 mm,the minimum value of the reflection coefficient and the corresponding frequency are-55 dB and 9.4 GHz,respectively,and the effective absorption bandwidth reaches 3.0 GHz in X-band.When the content of V_(2)AlC increases to 80 wt%,the SET reaches 27.4 dB,the SEA increases from 3.2 to 19.1 dB,and SER increases from 6.1 to 8.3 dB.V_(2)AlC shows a weak SER and strong SEA,and the absorption is the primary mechanism of EMI shielding.
