摘　　要：目的探讨独活寄生丸联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎效果及对外周血白介素6和肿瘤坏死因子水平表达的影响。方法选择120例类风湿性关节炎患者,采用随机数字法原则将患者随机分为对照组、观察组1和观察组2,每组各40例;对照组给予塞来昔布胶囊口服,观察组1给予独活寄生丸口服,观察组2给予塞来昔布胶囊联合独活寄生丸口服;疗程均为14 d。比较3组临床疗效及外周血白介素6和肿瘤坏死因子水平。结果 3组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.84,P<0.05);治疗后3组外周血白介素6和肿瘤坏死因子水平差异有统计学意义(F值分别为12.22、19.33,P<0.01);进一步两两比较,观察组1和对照组差异无统计学意义(t值分别为0.67、0.59,P>0.05);观察组2显著低于对照组(t值分别为4.56、6.52,P<0.01);观察组2显著低于观察组1(t值分别为4.66、5.22,P<0.01)。结论独活寄生丸联合塞来昔布胶囊治疗类风湿性关节炎效果优于单独应用独活寄生丸或塞来昔布胶囊,且两者联合能降低外周血白介素6和肿瘤坏死因子水平。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and the levels of interleukin 6 and Tumor Necrosis factorαin peripheral blood in patients with rheumatoid arthritis treated by Celecoxib capsule combined with angelicaepubescentis and loranthi pill.Methods A total of 120 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected and were randomly divided into the control group,observation group 1 and observation group 2,with 40 cases in each group;Celecoxib capsule was given to the control group;the angelicaepubescentis and loranthi pill was given in the observation group 1,and Celecoxib capsule combined with angelicaepubescentis and loranthi pill was given to the observation group 2.The course of treatment was 14 days.The clinical effect and the levels of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factorαin peripheral blood were compared among the three groups.Results The clinical effect was compared,and there was statistical significance on the difference among the 3 groups(χ^(2)=9.84,P<0.05);there was statistical significance on the difference of the concentrations of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factorαin peripheral blood after treament among the 3 groups(F=12.22,19.33,P<0.01).The analysis farther indicates that there was no statistical significance on the difference between observation group 1 and control group(t=0.67,0.59,P>0.05);it was significantly lower in the observation group 2 than that in the control group(t=4.56,6.52,P<0.01);it was significantly lower in the observation group 2 than that in the observation group 1(t=4.66,5.22,P<0.01).Conclusion The clinical effect is better treated by Celecoxib capsule combined with angelicaepubescentis and loranthi pill than angelicaepubescentis and loranthi pill or celecoxib capsule alone in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and the combined treatment can reduce the levels of interleukin 6 and tumor necrosis factorαin peripheral blood.
