摘　　要：通过对静压造型线工艺要求的分析,对机械、电气控制设计等进行了改进创新,开发设计了可运行两种规格砂箱的静压造型线,扩展了静压造型线的使用范围,为客户提供了更多的选择。此设计方案将给静压造型线的设计和改造提供一种新的参考。Through the analysis of the process requirements of air-flow high pressure squeeze molding line,the mechanical and electrical control design have been improved and innovated.The air-flow high pressure squeeze molding line which can run with two kinds of sand boxes has been developed and designed,which expands the application range of air-flow high pressure squeeze molding line and provides customers with more choices.This design plan will provide a new reference for the design and transformation of the air-flow high pressure squeeze molding line.
