摘 要:首先基于能量守恒原理,研究建立风速和浪高的函数关系式,通过该公式和Stokes五阶波理论计算额定风速下海上风力机结构所受浪流荷载并利用脉动风理论计算额定风速下脉动风荷载,其次以4 MW风力机为例,基于正交试验方法和HSS土体本构模型建立有限元模型进行数值计算分析,结果表明:水深小于19 m且符合Stokes五阶波理论的浪流荷载对塔顶、桩顶和泥面的位移时程曲线周期以及位移时程曲线幅值影响不大,风轮机荷载是影响位移时程曲线的主要荷载因素,这种情况下大直径单桩设计可不考虑浪流荷载;桩径和壁厚2个因素不会联合影响塔顶最大位移、桩顶最大位移和泥面最大位移。桩径和壁厚两因素对泥面最大位移的控制存在等效关系,在设计中可选用钢量最小的因素作为大直径单桩设计的主要因素,在满足最大位移控制指标的前提下降低钢材用量。Firstly,based on the principle of energy conservation,the functional relationship between wind speed and wave height is established.Through the formula and stokes fifth-order wave theory,the wave load of the structure at the rated wind speed is calculated.The pulsating wind theory is used to calculate the pulsating wind load at the rated wind speed.Secondly,taking the 4 MW wind turbine as an example,and a finite element model is established for numerical calculation based on the orthogonal experiment and the HSS soil constitutive model.The results show that the wave load has little effect on the displacement time history curve period and displacement time history curve amplitude of the tower top,pile top and mud surface when the water depth is less than 19 m and the wave load accords with the Stokes fifth-order wave theory.The pulsating wind load is the main load factor affecting the displacement time history curve.In this case,the wave load can be ignored in the large-diameter single pile design.The two factors of pile diameter and wall thickness will not have a joint influence on the maximum displacement of the tower top,pile top and mud surface.There is an equivalent relation in the control of the maximum displacement between the pile diameter and the wall thickness.In the design,the minimum steel consumption can be selected as the main factor of large-diameter single pile design to reduce the steel consumption under the premise of meeting the maximum displacement control.
