摘 要:磷酸镁水泥(MPC)是由过烧氧化镁、磷酸盐、缓凝剂及其它改性材料制备而成的无机胶凝材料,与普通硅酸盐水泥相比,MPC具有水化速度快、早期强度高等优点,被广泛应用于土木工程修复领域。简要概括了磷酸镁水泥的性能特点,综述了矿物掺合料对磷酸镁水泥砂浆力学性能影响的研究进展;分析并总结了粉煤灰、硅灰和钢渣等3种常见矿物掺合料单掺或复掺对磷酸镁水泥的改性效果。结果表明,单掺钢渣会降低MPC的抗折强度,提高MPC的抗压强度;单掺粉煤灰会降低MPC的抗压和抗折强度;单掺硅灰及复掺硅灰和粉煤灰对MPC的抗压和抗折强度的影响较小。Magnesium phosphate cement(MPC)is an inorganic cementitious material composed of overburnt magnesium oxide,phosphate,retarder and some other modified materials.Compared with ordinary Portland cement,MPC has the advantages of fast hydration rate and high early strength,and is widely used in the field of civil engineering repair.This paper briefly summarized the performance characteristics of magnesium phosphate cement,reviewed the research progress of mineral admixtures on the mechanical properties of magnesium phosphate cement mortar,analyzed and summarized three common mineral admixtures such as fly ash,silica fume and steel slag in the case of single and multiple admixtures.The results show that steel slag can reduce the flexural strength and increase the compressive strength of magnesium phosphate cement mortar.Fly ash can reduce the compressive strength and flexural strength.The influence of single-doped silica fume and mixed silica fume and fly ash on compressive strength and flexural strength is small.
