摘 要:为了提高可调谐滤波器的带外抑制特性,设计一种改进输入输出结构的可调谐带通滤波器。在输入输出端引入可调谐并联谐振回路,在邻近通带频率处引入2个连续可调谐的传输零点,改善了带外抑制性能。设计加工基于U型开口环谐振器的3阶可调谐滤波器,测试结果表明,设计的可调谐滤波器的中心频率范围为390~540 MHz,邻近通带两侧的2个连续可调传输零点的调谐范围分别为590~666 MHz和245~310 MHz,仿真结果与测试结果吻合良好。In order to improve the out-of-band suppression performance of the tunable filter,a tunable bandpass filter with improved input and output structure is designed.Through inserting a tunable parallel resonant circuit at the input and output resonators,and two continuous tunable transmission zeros can be introduced near the passband which can improve the out-of-band suppression performance.A third-order tunable filter based on the U-shaped split ring is designed and processed.The measured results show that the center frequency of the implemented tunable filter ranges from 390 to 540 MHz,which is adjacent to two continuous adjustable transmission zeros on both sides of the passband with the tuning ranges of 590 to 666 MHz and 245 to 310 MHz respectively.The simulated results of the filter are in good agreement with the measured ones.
