摘 要:借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS,采用Yeoh本构模型,对不同热氧老化程度的塑钢窗用三元乙丙橡胶密封条进行非线性有限元分析,得到密封条的变形量、应力分布规律以及接触面上的接触压力变化。此外,利用橡胶密封条的老化寿命预测模型分析其老化程度。结果表明,随着老化时间的延长,密封条的密封性能有所下降,但在服役期内密封依然可靠,验证了有限元方法结合老化寿命评估来分析密封条老化后的密封性能是行之有效的,为类似橡胶密封条结构的设计及老化后性能评价提供了良好的参考价值。In the ass istance finite element analysis software ABAQUS and Yeoh constitutive model,the nonlinear finite element analysis of EPDM sealing strip of plastic steel window with different thermal and oxygen aging degrees were carried out,and the deformation,stress distribution and the variation of contact pressure on the contact surface were obtained.Moreover,the aging degree of rubber seal was analyzed by using the aging life prediction model.The results show that the sealing performance of the sealing strip decreases with the extension of the aging time,but the seal performance is still reliable during the service life.It verifies that the finite element method combined with aging life assessment to analyze the sealing performance of the aging sealing strip is effective,which provides a good reference for the design of similar rubber sealing strip structure and the performance evaluation after aging.
