摘 要:探究了N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺(防焦剂CTP)用量对胶料物理性能、交联密度和黏合性能的影响。结果表明,随着防焦剂CTP用量的增加,焦烧时间和工艺正硫化时间逐渐延长,未添加黏合组分的胶料的交联密度有所升高,添加黏合组分的胶料交联密度呈先升后降的趋势。CTP用量对胶料的力学性能没有明显的影响,而压缩生热和黏合性能都与CTP用量呈正比。添加黏合组分的胶料交联密度和黏合性能都明显高于非黏合体系,但CTP超过0.50份时,胶料的黏合性能开始下降。Effects of CTP amount on the physical properties,crosslink density and adhesion properties of the rubber compound with or without adhesive system were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of CTP amount,the scorch time and optimum curing time gradually extended,and the crosslink density of the non-adhesive formula increased,and the adhesive formula first increased and then decreased.The amount of CTP had little influence on the mechanical properties of vulcanizates,while the compression heat build-up and adhesion strength were proportional to CTP amount.The incorporation of adhesion system increased the crosslink density and adhesion property.When CTP amount exceed 0.50 parts,the adhesive performance decreased.
