摘 要:将苯乙烯丁二烯热塑性弹性体(SBS)/丁基橡胶(IIR)动态硫化弹性体(SITPV)与丁苯橡胶(SBR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)共混制备的胶料SBR/BR/SITPV,与直接共混制备的SBR/BR/IIR胶料进行对比。结果表明,SITPV的加入会改善IIR与SBR/BR体系的相容性,降低IIR对SBR/BR体系的影响。具体表现为焦烧时间(t C10)和工艺正硫化时间(t C90)小幅度降低,共混胶料拉伸强度、撕裂强度小幅度下降,硬度有所增加,回弹性能保持稳定。同时共混胶料在0℃和10℃左右的损耗因子(tanδ)有较大的提高,说明该共混胶料的止滑性有所提高。SBR/BR/SITPV which prepared by blending SBS/IIR dynamic vulcanized elastomer(SITPV) with SBR/BR was compared with SBR/BR/IIR prepared by direct blending.It was found that the addition of SITPV could improve the compatibility of IIR with SBR/BR system and reduce the effect of IIR on SBR/BR system.The results showed that the scorch time(tC10) and process curing time(tC90) decreased slightly, and the tensile strength and tear strength decreased slightly, and the hardness increased, and the resilience remained stable.At the same time, the loss factor(tan δ) of the blend at about 0 ℃ and 10 ℃ was greatly improved, which indicated that the anti sliding property of the blend was improved.
